“ This place may be out of the way but it's well worth it. Ice cream treats here are spectacular but the pizza is also amazing!! ”
“ Little gas station with delicious pizza and ice cream! Staff extremely nice! I came on a not busy Friday night (I think I hit it at the perfect time, 5 oclock, & kids are back in school!) you can order ahead but I walked right in and ordered! Took 15 minutes and while I waited for dinner my toddler and I grabbed an ice cream (once again no one in line we totally got lucky!) my turtle Sunday was delicious, my toddler got a strawberry ice cream but opted to eat the sucker the pizza counter gave him instead (Like I said super nice staff!) only complaint is my pizza got messed up! Which I can totally see being a miscommunication I got the pickle pizza on one half and pepperoni on the other! Pepperoni delicious, pickle I'm indifferent on but a friend of mine recommends I try it with garlic sauce instead of ranch next time! Oh AND their ranch is AMAZING! will totally be bringing my husband back to this spot and it is totally worth a half day trip from Cincinnati! Oh and super inexpensive! $16 for a large pizza! ”

“ Phenomenal pizza that's worth the trip... we are situated 40 minutes away from Terrys each way and yet every get together with friends or an excuse to get pizza we find ourselves making the trip to go get it. Let me start by saying it's worth the drive and is just as good when you get it home. The place is a gas station/small market with a walk up deli style counter. Everyone is super nice and we even met the famous terry himself. The pizza is soooooo good! Our favorites include the pickle pizza (both ranch and garlic butter base), the Philly cheesesteak, and just plain ole pepperoni. The pizzas were about 11 bucks each give or take a few for specialty pies which make it great for large groups. I think last time we walked away with 11 pizzas for our Sunday football get together. Terrys additional claim to fame are their crazy shakes. Although we haven't had them it's certainly on our to do list. If you like good pizza and places that pour their heart and souls into mastering their craft, then look no further and go grab a couple ZA's from Terrys. ”
“ We made that 2-hour trip from our house to Terry's Grocery and Pizza because we thought it would be a fun thing to do with our 3-year-old grandson. It started pouring rain and storming about the time that we got there and they haven't outside patio where most of the seating is and the rain was just going sideways and coming in but we were lucky to get one of the few tables inside. I took a tip from a prior Yelp review that said to call ahead for your pizza and they would have it ready when you got there and boy was that ever a great tip! That is exactly what we did and if we would have had to wait in line to order our pizza we would have missed out on that table. We walked in and they had our pizza ready we grabbed our table and what a great deal on pizza, we got a 16-in pizza for $15.71. It was a pepperoni with extra cheese and it was good. We finished eating our pizza and it was time to order our shakes and these crazy shakes can only be ordered on the back patio so yes I had to run out of the building in the rain to the back patio to place the order. These shakes are made by hand and take a few minutes and they call your name when your order is ready. Our shakes were about 12 bucks each and they were pretty cool. Although our 3-year-old could not make it through a whole shake it was just about the experience. We ordered the red velvet shake for us and the dinosaur shake for him and his came with little dinosaurs that he could take home. I had run another tip on here that said to take a container and you could take the goodies off the top of the shake and save them for the next day and that is exactly what we did, we took home a couple big cookies and a couple cupcakes and had those for the next day. Yes I would say it was worth the drive and there are some pretty countryside as it is in the middle of seemingly nowhere. ”
